This is one of the more comprehensive leadership books I read. Evans and Foster did a great job at unraveling the complexities of leadership and demonstrating how anyone can step up and lead.

Sutherland's book engages the reader in his engaging stories and examples about the art of Scrum in agile project management. Through a series of stories Sutherland explains the benefits of Scrum.

Most startups fail as they are trying to do much. Ries focuses on creating the MVP (minimum viable product) which speeds the path to new product introduction and monetization.

Trust is one of the most important factors on teams and in the workplace. Sinek examines what makes great work environments and how leaders can build a "circle of safety" with their employees.

Creating core values starts with WHY. Once you know WHY the how can be developed. "People do not buy what you do, they buy why you do it," states Sinek.

If you are a leader or team member this is a must read. It is a fast read and an interesting fable. The personas in this book represent team members we have all worked with. 

This is a great next read after The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Through another fable Lencioni teaches identifying, hiring and developing the ideal team players.

Porter's Five Forces:
Threat of new entrants, Threat of substitution, Bargaining power of customers, Bargaining power of suppliers, and industry revelry.

Tim Brown is one of the CEO, and one of the founders, of  IDEO. This book examines design thinking through ethnographic research. 

Two more founders of IDEO, Time and David Kelly. They show how everyone is creative and how you can tap into creativity with Creative Confidence.

IDEO's Tom Kelly uses engaging stories to identify roles people can play in an organization to foster great innovation. 

Collaboration is the key to genius inventions. Sawyer shows how the creativity of improvosational Jazz bands

Jony Ive and Steve Jobs have collaborated on some of the most innovating and game changing products in recent history. 

Esslinger is another design genius and founder of the world renown Frog Design company. He created the iconic design language for the 1984 - 1990 Apple IIc and Macintosh computers. 

Another interesting book on creativity. Dr. Carson has coined the CREATES brainsets: Connect, Reason, Envision, Absorb, Transform, Evaluate, and Stream. 

Kahneman explains what we can and cannot trust with our intuition. The Nobel Prize winning author provides insights into how choices are made.

Amazon has been an amazing success in more ways than one can imagine. This book shows how the kaleidoscope thinking of Bezos changed the retail landscape through innovation.

World renown educator and author, Clayton Christensen explains why most companies miss out on new waves of innovation. 

Christensen amd Raynor explain how companies can and should become disruptors themselves.

This  is a long, but fascinating book about the evolution of world trade. It is relevant to understanding the changes in our import/export status today and the future.
